HPQA, Helipath Quick Action Stand is an innovative motorized lab stand designed for advanced viscosity and consistency measurements, particularly for challenging materials such as gels, pastes, creams, and non-flowing substances. When paired with an AMETEK Brookfield Viscometer or Rheometer and a T-bar spindle, the HPQA enables precise and repeatable measurements, making it the ideal choice for labs requiring efficient and reliable testing solutions.

  • Advanced Helipath Testing: The HPQA Stand allows for viscosity and consistency measurements of materials like paste, putty, gelatin, or wax. The helical test action ensures that fresh material is continuously engaged, eliminating issues like channeling or separation during testing.

  • Motorized Quick Action Operation: The HPQA is equipped with a variable speed motor that allows for high-speed travel (up to 40 mm/s) via a joystick, simplifying and expediting the testing process.

  • Touchscreen Interface and Joystick Control: The integrated touchscreen interface and physical joystick provide easy programming and precise control, making test setup and execution quick and efficient.

  • One-Touch Home Position: The stand features a Home button that automatically returns the stand to the top position, facilitating easy spindle cleanup and sample changes between tests.

  • Programmable Height Locations: Users can set programmable test positions, enabling quick and repeatable test setups, ideal for high-throughput environments.


Magnetic Spindle Coupling Option:

  • Quick and Safe Spindle Changes: The optional Magnetic Spindle Coupling allows for fast attachment and removal of spindles, reducing the risk of damage during frequent changes and making it easier to handle multiple testing sessions.

  • Compatibility: The Magnetic Spindle Coupling is compatible with all AMETEK Brookfield Viscometers and DVNext Rheometers equipped with the optional magnetic coupling option.
